The dark blue portion of the map below indicates the states that are part of the CLEANmp-West project area.  Livestock and poultry producers in this area may submit project requests through this website for either Environmental Assessments, Nutrient Management Plans or both.  To access an application a producer must register as a Producer on this website.  The application may be submitted directly online, through this website or it can be downloaded and completed by hand and faxed or mailed to SES, Inc.
