Confidentiality
All information acquired during CLEANmp activities will be treated as confidential business information by all program participants, including all Service Providers. Liability for the unauthorized release of confidential information is born solely by the individual, group or organization that releases the information.
Access to CLEANmp data will be controlled by the Program Administrator. The Producer has the right to release information from his or her report and/or plan to whomever they decide needs to be able to view their data.
All paper documents relative to a given CLEANmp project, in the possession of the Program Administrator or a Service Provider will be destroyed 30 days after the project is completed.
All Program Administrator personnel and approved Service Providers must sign a CLEANmp Confidentiality Agreement which protects program and project information from release.
