Conflict of interest policy

No approved Service Provider will bid on or conduct a CLEANmp project where they have an actual or potential conflict of interest.  A conflict of interest is defined as a direct or indirect personal, business or financial connection or interest with the Producer.  Examples of a conflict of interest relative to a Service Provider would include, but is not limited to, having worked for the Producer (i.e., provided consulting services for the Producer within two years of the submittal of an CLEANmp bid relative to the same Producer), have a social or familial relationship with the Producer or an employee of the Producer, or have a known financial interest in the Producer or facility.  A Service Provider that is unsure if they have a conflict of interest should contact the Program Administrator prior to bidding on a project.
