Payment process

Service providers will be paid their firm fixed-price bid amount for completed projects only.  Completed projects are projects that have been reviewed by the CLEANmp Program Administrator and deemed complete and entered into the CLEANmp database.  Projects where data is incomplete or unable to be interpreted by the CLEANmp Program Administrator are not considered to be complete.  Service provider payments will be made by ERC.  Payments will only include charges for complete projects.  Payment will be made once per month.
